Ook een TPM Medal of distintion. Daarna nog even terug gegaan en wat keuzes veranderd. Daarbij was de keus: direct hit of bite the bullet.
Gaat dus hoe dan ook mis op sommige plaatsen.

Best grappig echter.

Het beeld van God dat de makers hebben is helaas bijzonder simplistisch. Ik erger me kapot aan het feit dat zij mij denkfouten verwijten, terwijl ik juist bij hun denkfouten zie :) Oh well.

voorbeeld:
"Earlier you said that it is not justifiable to base one's beliefs about the external world on a firm, inner conviction, paying no regard to the external evidence, or lack of it, for the truth or falsity of this conviction, but now you say it's justifiable to believe in God on just these grounds. That's a flagrant contradiction!"
Ik zie de flagrant contradiction niet. God staat buiten 'the external world', dat is nou juist het hele punt van God.

Precies, ik vond sommige vragen nogal twijfelachtig - omdat je nogal zwart/wit moet antwoorden. Dat is toch niet de bedoeling van filosofie, dacht ik... dat is er voor de ontelbare grijswaarden van Het Bestaan.

Griezelig:

En verder:

O, eh... ik geloof niet in god. Da's duidelijk.

Ze scharen het Monster van Loch Ness, God en de evolutietheorie onder dezelfde verzameling 'niet bewezen zaken'. Terwijl er toch echt bewijzen zijn voor de evolutietheorie. Alleszins meer dan voor het bestaan van God of Nessie...
